science vacation
Yes, it has been a long time. / No, I do not feel the need to update. I am going to continue as though we’ve never been apart / because that is what good friends do.
Today I leave for the Alvord Desert, which is nestled the southereastern most tip of Oregon. The trip is a part of a Field Ecology class I am taking through Portland Community College, so I will be catching and measuring lizards, helping with transects, counting snakes, and watching scorpions do their love dance.
Pictures to ensue / Stay tuned.

Popcorn for dinner
In lieu of a healthy meal or socializing, I opted to spend this rainy evening indoors playing with paper. I delicately cut, pasted, transferred, and otherwise collaged all evening. I made these two cards + pins for The Homework Project.
